How much do I pay upfront?
The full retail price of every item you select. We refund every item you return. No service fee.
How long do I have to decide?
Seven days from delivery. We'll send a reminder on day 5 if we haven't heard from you.
Can I keep everything?
Of course. The whole bag is already paid for. Keep all four, keep one, keep none — no charge.
What's the return process?
Mark which pieces you're returning in your account, we send a prepaid label, drop the box at any An Post / DPD point. Refund within 5 days of us receiving it.
Is it available outside Ireland?
For now, Ireland only. UK and Egypt launch with MENA expansion. Sign up for the newsletter for first access.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Returns need to be tracked, so we ask you to sign in. We never sell your data.
